System Architecture
How Multi-Color Setting Works
The Semsons Tech machine uses a triple suction nozzle head system (3 nozzles per head, up to 3 heads active) combined with separate stone trays for each color/size. The proprietary OS assigns stone placement coordinates to specific nozzle-tray combinations based on the CAD layout, executing multi-color runs without stopping to reload or reconfigure.
