Ultra-High Speed Output
Five simultaneous axes — three linear (X/Y/Z: 300×250×120mm) plus two rotational (A: 150°, C: 360°) — enable precise stone setting on any 3D wax model surface. This includes curved ring shanks, domed pendants, angled bracelet links, and complex sculptural pieces.

PLC Touch Screen Control
The heated wax tray maintains the wax model at optimal temperature throughout the setting operation. Correct temperature ensures stones seat flush, adhere properly to the wax, and do not fall out during subsequent handling or transport to the casting flask.

Integrated Tray Heating System
The machine replicates the pressure characteristics of a skilled human setter. Calibrated nozzle pressure ensures stones are placed with the correct force — seated securely without cracking the wax or chipping the stone — reproducing the result of years of hand experience.
